Our journey began with a passion for sustainable seafood and a vision to create a space where friends and family can gather to enjoy the finest oysters and culinary tastes of Maryland's Eastern Shore.

Our fresh oysters are the finest selection offered along the East Coast.  While our favorites are those from our beloved Chesapeake Bay, we invite and encourage you to sample the many different tastes of these delicious mollusks from the Eastern Seaboard.

Loving and curating seafood is our dream cuisine, however we offer several Land options including Steaks, Chicken & Pork!  Our Ribs are a bone licking delight for those in the mood for slow-cooked goodness!
